Hi,
My name is James and I am looking for a version of The Candy Man by Sammy Davis, Jr. with a piano or other instrument playing the melody line. Would anyone know of any karaoke companies or backing track companies that may carry this kind of product?

About 99.9% of karaoke tracks are the album version of the song.

There are rare acoustic or live versions, but only when that acoustic or live version is also a well known version of the song that received significant radio airplay. "Specialty" songs don't sell well, for obvious reasons.

It is going to be difficult for you to find such a specific version of the song you are looking for as a karaoke track, unless that's the normal album version:
