RedKaraoke.com has it, but that's for online singing only. But at least they have it.
I looked at icroons and every other k-site I know of. Even Sing-Magic, which you can count on to have karaoke versions of the most ridiculously obscure songs, doesn't have it.
2. Customburn.com is not available to IP addresses located in the United States. Trying to access it from the USA results in a redirect to Tricerasoft.
3. If you have the time and $99 to spare,
Power Karaoke's Karaoke CD+G Creator is a fairly easy to use tool I've used to create karaoke files for songs I like for which karaoke versions have never been created commercially.
