Karaoke Cloud has new March disc released. Out of all the new music coming out I put them at the top as far as quality. Wish they would put out more faster. I will buy everyone they come out with. |

I do agree that karaoke cloud (dt) is top notch in quality, great arrangement & instrumentation - but I’m not buying anymore dt’s until they resolve some issues I brought to their attention last year. To date, still the same. 1) purchase accountability: Itemize what I purchased, name of song & amount. Not just a receipt that shows invoice #, transaction id & purchaser info. 2) All downloaded tracks should be made available from purchase history (like tricera & kv). I purchased over 180 dt tracks & only 13 showing. 3) Create a support page with phone number or even “contact us”. 4) Give us a little track sound bite or sample bit before purchase. |

I have songs I can re-download from K-Version that they don't even sell anymore to the general public - as I found out tonight.

My only objection to them is that the graphics on some songs are behind enough to make the song not singable to someone who doesn't already know it by heart. It's a pain but I will periodically screenshot and save my purchase history just to have a record of it. |

Maybe they aren't providing a purchase history so that they have the option to sue you in the future if they need a quick revenue burst |

I can view my purchase history but not itemized. Itemization is a definite business necessity as proof of purchase. This can be a problem at tax time with uncle sam, or the karaoke police; just this receipt without pertinent info. Here’s a copy of my purchase history. I copy & paste 3 entries out of 20 (I x’ed out last 4 # of c card). Billing History Date Amount Method Description 12/28/2012 $14.99 Credit Card: xxxx Downloads 2/4/2013 $14.99 Credit Card: xxxx Downloads 7/16/2013 $17.91 Credit Card: xxxx Downloads |

If I would remember to do it each time, I would screen shot the screen that you get after purchase when they list the songs for you to start downloading them. Then that could be printed out and paired with the receipt. |

Haven't bought any of their songs. If the words are consistently ahead or behind the entire song you can always open the mp3 in Audacity and add or remove the amount of silence nedded to egt it in synch. Karma let's you drunk synch songs or fix botched lyric timing on the fly. Drunk Synching: The act of moving the on screen lyrics ahead of the music so that an overly inebriated singer can mentally process with his slowed reflexes and still get the words out in synch with the music. May require as much as 5 to 10 seconds lead time for some. |

He is always 3 seconds behind. Now I can get him to be right on time!! |

I've also had serious problems with the sync on several of the DigiTrax songs. I'll still download them with KJ Media Pro, so they'll show up in my songlist, but when somebody request one, I'll download it from Tricerasoft or Karaoke Version if available. CompuHost has "Lyrics Sync" but I've never been able to get it to work. |
