Can anybody recommend a decent collection of Mexican Hits that will satisfy my Mexican visitors. Thanks.

It can depend on the area you are in as far as what people want. I got a general collection and was told it was okay for more urban areas but for my area they wanted Norteno, Banda and (unfortunately) Narcocorridos. A friend on the East Coast was requested to get more of the "Tropical" type singers. So it is best to ask what they want specifically before spending too much money. But if you are looking for sets, the Tropical Zone Karaoke store has some sets on sale that are categorized by genre/region or there are sometimes some used demo sets on Ebay.

Edit--I just noticed you said "Regional" which would cover the ones I just mentioned. Tropical Zone has a "Mexican" Collection that has a lot of those. In my area the two must haves are Vicente Fernandez and Jenni Rivera. There are some newer artists that the younguns want that Tropical Zone doesn't seem to carry and those are on the Karaokanta Brand but I haven't found a way to go direct for those yet. Ace Karaoke stocks that brand as well as other collections.

Oops--Edit again--Check the last winners of the Latin Billboard Awards under Regional to get an idea of what you are looking for. You can also check their Top 100 lists. I just haven't had much luck buying a "Collection" that had what people wanted to sing unless it was hits by one requested artist. Buying some current hits type discs with varied artists has gotten me more play than the collections I got.

Try Karaoke Station. Authentic as you can find, and probably a little less expensive for collecting discs. I agree about asking clientele about favorite artists and titles, and downloading on the fly using Topical Zone and Tricerisoft as required for fulfilling normal artist requests... I also like the Multi Karaoke brand for selection and authenticity...
