Dear All, DigiTrax Entertainment makers of Karaoke Cloud is proud to announce the October 22, 2015 launch of our new download site http://www.KaraokeCloud.net the site is not active (still debugging broken links) till October 22, 2015, but we wanted to give you a sneak preview. Discount coupons available during the Summit, on the webinar site. http://gowoa.me/i/JySF The HD files are colorful with a 720p digital motion background. The back catalog songs have been re-mastered and our new "Hits Of The Month" are posted weekly. We have been creating 20 new tracks per month for the past three years, right here in our http://www.SoKnoxStudios.com Our second phase for the site will be implementation of single purchases and our cleared catalog in full for MP3+G. We have implemented feedback learned here on this forum, the new site will offer: 1- EULA for Pro use 2- Receipt with detailed track information 3- Ability to go back and re-download (in-case of HD crash) We are also toying with "Backing Tracks" for songs that have been on the No-Fly List. Will the ability to redownload work even if you pull the song from the main site for some reason? |

If a song is pulled by a publisher it must come down. This is the same for all digital distribution companies. We must be in compliance with publisher requests to maintain our publishing licenses. We have made a company decision to only represent the music we create here at our studios. Hopefully that will curtail takedowns, however several artists have pulled karaoke after granting karaoke. We are working hard to deliver 20 new Hits Monthly and I hope you give our content a spin. We are using top studio musicians and our studio had a major upgrade last year (http://www.SoKnoxStudios.com) both of which have increased our sound quality and ability to record new music with the same quality musicians and tools the major labels use. We are working toward increasing our output and believe this site may foster revenue enough to increase more new releases. I know I have tracks they've pulled from their main sites, but are still available for me as a re-download if needed since it was purchased - including Zoom. Will be curious to see the new site, with detailed reciepts, that should help a lot - that was a big part of not buying from you when you originally launched. Any sound samples per song yet? |

We have samples for all the packs, we are selling 1,000, 500 and 20 song packages, all have a promo reel. When we move to single sales they will have promo reels as well. The site http://www.KaraokeCloud.net is live you can see and hear the samples there. Don't buy until the 22nd though the links are all not performing yet (so close) working nights and weekends since several of the Canadian and UK sites no longer sell here in the US. Don't try to buy until we are live! Refreshing . . . A company that wants to have the product available before taking our money! Certain other companies may want to take note! I'm glad you have addressed many of the issues/concerns brought up here in the forum. I will certainly take a good look at your product as you become operational. I may have missed an answer somewhere but have you previously addressed the following issue? Will the karaoke tracks also be available with plain black backgrounds? One man's idea of a cool background effect can be an epilectic seizure waiting to happen for the next. Color blindness is also an issue for many singers. Also, will the purchase of a song include the ability to download different background versions and/or formats of the purchased song to be downloaded for the song? mp4/color bg; mp3+cg/black bg etc.? Thanks |

glad to hear it! the reciepts and previews have stopped me from buying from you but this is nice. personally waiting for the mp3+g (i like changing the background to my own) but when that hits i think i will be doing a lot of business with you. glad to see you listening to our concerns and changing based on that. hope the song selection gets a little more accurate, but glad to have you up and running for real. |

"promo reel" - Do you mean there is an advertisement at the beginning (and end?) of each karaoke track? |
