Are there any karaoke subscriptions left besides the karaokepro? I'm looking for something I own. Thanks!

you're saying two things that will not match Subscriptions & Owning.

1) karaFun offers 21133 songs fully licensed for KJ use 129.00/monthly with Software and free updates. Also available to use offline with no internet.

2) there is KaraokeCloudPro that offers around 9000 tracks also licensed for KJ use 99.00/Monthly and also available for offline use with no internet required but runs integrated with Software.

either way, you don't own it, think of it as if you are leasing a car.

as far as i am aware, PHM was the last doing monthly subscriptions.
most all of us have gone away from the subscription model of surprise songs to buying one at a time downloads only when they are requested.

With KJ Media Pro I usually get to download about five new songs a week, but I don't pay for them untill a singer request it and I unlock it. Then I own it. Best of both worlds. You buy credits, as low as $1.49, no subscription.

You really should stop using the 'leasing a car' analogy, it is NOT the same thing.

When you lease a car, they cannot show up a couple of weeks later and say "we lost some of our licensing, we are taking the doors and bumper back"

if anything, it's more like renting your music, and then maybe at some point you go to pick up your music and 20 discs of your most sung music are missing because they lost the backups and there is no way of getting them back..

Oh when Digitrax had to get rid of every track with a different lable because they lost the support of EMi or whatever it was that forced them to take it all down

The point remains and this actually bolsters it.. If you purchased prior to them taking the tracks down, you still have it.

I still have "locked" tracks on my harddrive that have been "taken down" just waiting for someone to request them so that I may unlock them
