Yes but if you try to get people to vote on songs just to have them made when they have no intention on buying them, that hurts the entire industry because they are wasting money and resources on tracks when others should have priority!

NO styles should have priority...there needs to be a balance of all styles

I could care less about what has priority, it's a matter of what people are asking for so they can buy it. They will make track based on what they think will sell well & If you are simply getting people to bogus votes on tracks that they will not buy just to have it made is cheating the system and hurting the not only the company that has to acquire/pay for the proper licensing to produce and distribute, hire/pay for the musicians, pay for the engineers, mastering, etc....etc... (THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS right there to create 1 track) to make the track only to have the one person that actually wanted the track in the first place (but the manufacturer had enough requests to make it per your guidance), that's F'D UP! and hurts the industry as well. Because when they cannot even rely on consumer votes as a viable method to create new music - they may quit using it altogether and just produce what THEY think might sell based on chart sales only. If the balance of 'all styles' was what people really wanted, that is what they would be voting for - broadway is obviously NOT what the majority want!
