Odie, quit following me around and trying to make me behave.
I'm not in a good mood today...... so let me deal with it in my own way.
And what may I ask was wrong with that post anyhow? I was just being honest. :dancin:
Okay, going off to sing..... but ,dang, it'll never come out right today. But, I saw it's someone's birthday.... a cute Texan no less, one of those original cowboys, haha, so I gotta sing something for him.

I'm home in St. Louis County now. Last night I went to Houlihan's in Olathe (KS) for more karaoke. Matt showed up after he got off work and we sang a duet. It was lots of fun!

Laura is a real sweetie! I took a couple pictures of us all together... will put them online shortly (if you say it's okay Laura).
She's also a bigger 80s freak than I am!  !

This has been the year for me to meet people on here. Took a trip out to LA to visit and do some karaoke with Joyce (Cantstopsinging). Met Rob (Qboyvern) and Sheree while I was there. All three were as genuine as what you see on here. Had a great time out there.
Then Steve (Buster) came over from England and stayed a month. We went to Graceland, Grand Ole' Opry, Hot Springs, and other local attractions during his visit. He stayed busy the whole time. We drove up to Reelfoot Lake and then met Linda (Kuntrygurl) and her husband, Bill, on the way back down. Everyone was just like they are on here.
This site is full of some really nice people. It's been an awesome year for me meeting these five wonderful new friends and I hope to meet more of you in the future.

For me, I meet them by chatting and hopefully get to know a little about them by reading their posts. To me, this is chatting, just not in a "room' at the same time...

So far I have not been disappointed meeting people in real life from here either. Where are you located? Maybe you can make it to the OKC metro area...
