People are disappearing cause it's gotten so da'mn boring here. Some people wanted a place to "talk about karaoke only"... with no fun stuff, no jokes, no ill humor, no flirting, JUST karaoke subjects. It turned others off, alot of them, and they went bye-bye:) They got tired of being bytched at for trying to make this a fun place. So they gave it up. I mean, you can only cover SO many karaoke questions and subjects SO many times... Wonder if the stiff shirts are enjoying the place more now? Time will tell. For now, it seems this is a place for those who are REALLY bored (me at times) or for people to come to when they wanna byte someone's head off over some banal life event that they can't control... so they bring it here, and take it out on a stranger.
And, others... have life events keeping them away.

The sun rises and sets cause everyone needs a bit of sunshine in their lives. And I simply can't be everywhere at once. I've got Oregon covered, that's why the sun is not as prominent here in this state, they have ME:)

I love your avatar. Nothing is more manly than seeing a guy holding his baby and being proud, IMO...it makes you look like a family man, and that's cool. Some men think they are "too macho" to do the baby thing, and leave them to women until they grow up a bit, that's a turn off. But, again, going back to the underwear... I'd be willing to judge any new photos you may want to use as avatars.

Hope ya have a safe trip, and feel better. I know alot of truckers, hubby used to be a diesel mechanic & I made alot of friends there. Most of them seemed like lonely guys... that would be a hard life for most, I think.

And Perry, you're NEVER boring here in the threads. You're one of the fun ones who like to join in the serious threads as well as the fun ones. If everyone were like that here, well, the place wouldn't be so dang vacated all the time.

I AM attempting to live more life in real.  Doing more with music, walking 10 miles per day (since the weather has been perfect IMO..  Very mild allergy season this fall, and it's been very warm), and work has been VERY busy.  

I needed to cutback on my obsessional online chatting.  I DO in time hope to have a life, but chances are better I'll be back here posting full force prior to that happening.  I'll be back as soon as I flunk out've my attempts at "real life"

I read an article a few days ago, it was on Yahoo front page I believe.... on internet addiction. It had things like (going from memory here, not exact quotes):

*Do you ignore/neglect chores and family members while online?

*When offline, are you constantly thinking of when you can go back ONline?

*Do you get easily irritated if someone interupts you when you're online?

What a reality check...... I really fit the bill.

Bad thing was, hubby was sitting here reading along (cause I had been looking up something for him at the time, when it caught my eye and I read it)...... and NOW he thinks he found the answer to "life's problems". His wife is an internet addict.  LMAO
