Michael what does this really prove? It could prove that you listened to yourself till your finger fell off. I have seen you pull this on others as well, cinderella was another you accused of listening without commenting.... dahlin in the scheme of things what the hell does it matter?
Allow me to go on record to state you have a very easy voice to listen to. No fluff you are one of the best here.

And Im with Kelly.....I don't know Micheal but I have seen this before between him and some other guy who sings the same type songs as Micheal.   Seems to me to be very Drama Queenish!!!!!    LMAO  LMAO

It is my understanding that ranking changes when someone edits a comment on the song they commented on..

I thought Phil fixed that Joyce, because we complained about it so much and the last time I edited a comment of mine I looked to see if it changed the rank of that person and it did not...So I was like yeah!!! CooL!! Phil fixed it so we can correct our mistakes in typing without it affecting the ranking part.

Soooo.....Once it did, but since phil fixed it I don't think it does....now I could be wrong, and if I make a spelling mistake on a comment...Im one of the first ones to go back and correct my bad spelling or typos....thats why we fussed about it until phil fixed it.

So unless its changed it shouldnt affect it.  :)

As for yours truly, a lot of times while I’m browsing the comments I will find a song that I really enjoy and play the song over and over.   I for one would take it as an extreme compliment if someone would listen to any of my subs over and over.

I just checked, I still have four song listed.  Another thing that I think is odd is that individuals sub and ask for help with their singing and then get upset when someone offers advise.  I'm not a great singer and I'm one of those that hate the way they sound when recorded.  I posted one song that I know sounds like crap and everyone liked it.  Go figure.  When I post I'm really looking for constructive help.  On mine only a few lest comments and most have 20 or so listenings.  I just think it's great that 20 people actually listened to my music.  I love it man.

I have been following (or trying to) this thread for awhile I even was sent a few PMs regarding it so here is what I have to say on the subject.

KNOWING WHO YOUR LISTENERS ARE?!

How would anyone know who is or who isn't listening?

Heck I can't even tell. I can see that people have listened  - I can even see how many people have listened - but who those people are is anybodys guess...

I know that you don't have to be a member to listen - Only to comment.

I would say that anyone who thinks they know who is listening - they can certainly explain it to me!

I am going to see if I can reset some of the settings - this will probably really upset some and maybe not others...

Yes I agree with Kelley, thank you Phil for trying but, game-playing will always be, when you get a crowd together. Someone always inevitably gets a wonderufl idea to aggravate people and capitalizes on it.  Their only reward is the satisfaction of upsetting a few, mostly the vocal ones.  Its happening to most of us but, as I stated before only the culprit or culrpits, myself and you know about it so, why would it effect or upset me.  It's basically something we are all gonna have to learn to live with or quit subbing.
  There are far worse things like the case of the disappearing comments which I have complained about. Leaving a comment watching it post then going back to check for a reply only to find it's gone.  The receiving person then has a comment unaccounted for that is not physically there. Its happened to me numerous times.
   Thank you for Keeping watch on this thread, it's important to know who you are dealing with when it comes to these matters.  I am sure i speak for all of us when i say We appreciate your vigilance on matters that upset all the decent and kind members.  Thank you, XX, Pam

Phil, first is there a way to adjust the program so that non-members' listens do NOT count in the tally?  And secondly, each SS member who listens to a specific sub is only counted ONE time in the sub's tally; even if they have listened multiple times. It's just a couple of ideas that might help in their future.
