Okay Lena, here it is...My Mom said that the recipe is time consuming, but I promise you, it is soooo worth the time!!
Cream Cheese Cake
Preheat oven 400 degrees
5 8oz blocks of cream cheese
5 eggs
1 pint sour cream
3 tablespoon margarine
1¾ cups sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
Grease and flour spring form pan. Blend margarine and sugar, then add one at a time brick of cream cheese and egg. Repeat process until all cream cheese and eggs are finished. Whip this mixture till smooth (about 20-30 minutes). Fold in sour cream and vanilla. Place all ingredients in pan- bake for 40 minutes- shut oven off-leave cake in oven for approximately 3 hours- then remove from oven leave on counter for 1 hour-then refrigerate.
