These all sound so good... My fav is probably more suitable for Halloween, but it taste like a chocolate covered cherry so it works for Christmas time too....

I call it a bleeding brain

It is made in a standard shot glass

Place ingredients in the glass in this order
1/2 shot of Peach schnapps
1/2 shot of Bailey's Irish cream (make sure you have a pouring tip on the bottle)
2 drops of Rose's grenidine dropped right in the middle

The Bailey's kinda looks like a brain floating..

Toast and then shoot!!!

Well, what good is a great cocktail without a Turkey to go along with it?....

Here is a Turkey recipe that also includes the use of popcorn as a stuffing - imagine that! When I found this recipe, I thought it as perfect for people like me, who just aren't sure how to tell when poultry is thoroughly cooked, but not dried out.

Give this recipe a try... just in time for the holiday season!

BAKED STUFFED TURKEY

10-20 lb. baking turkey
1 cup melted butter
1 cup stuffing (Pepperidge Farm is good, or make your own)
1 cup uncooked popcorn (ORVILLE REDENBACHERS LOW FAT)
Salt, pepper, season to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brush turkey well with melted butter, salt, pepper and seasonings.
Fill cavity with stuffing and unpopped popcorn.
Place turkey in baking pan, with the neck end toward the back of the oven.
Listen carefully for the popping sounds.

When the turkey's a$$ blows the oven door open and the turkey flies across the room, it's done.

And you thought I couldn't cook!

Wishing a Very Happy and Merry Christmas to all

2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
Half a banana
20 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Hey,  How come nobody has any recipes for boiling bag possum ?   Aren't there any mid-west members in here ?

OK, here's one.

Flavored Ice Cubes:

Pour cool-aid into ice cube tray, and put it in the freezer.

If it is what do you call your forces of which we've kicked their asses in war games so many times it's ridiculous, whether it be on land, sea, or air.

What is this stuff called Absinthe that I keep hearing about? Supposedly it has some other mind altering effects.

Absinthe (also absinth, absynthe, absenta) (English: IPA: /ˈæbsɪnθ/; French: IPA: [apsɛ̃t]) is a distilled, highly alcoholic (usually 45 to 93 percent) anise-flavored spirit derived from herbs including the flowers and leaves of the medicinal plant Artemisia absinthium, also called Grand Wormwood or Absinth Wormwood. Absinthe is typically green (either naturally or with added colour) or clear and is often referred to as la Fée Verte ('The Green Fairy'). Although it is sometimes mistakenly called a liqueur, absinthe is not bottled with added sugar and is therefore classified as a liquor or spirit.[1] Absinthe is uncommon among spirits in that it is bottled at a high proof but consumed diluted with water to the strength of wine (see Drink Preparation/Ritual).

Absinthe originated in Val-de-Travers, Switzerland, as an elixir/tincture. However, it is better known for its popularity in late 19th- and early 20th-century France, particularly among Parisian artists and writers whose romantic associations with the drink still linger in popular culture. At the end of the 19th century over 2 million litres[2] of absinthe were consumed annually in France alone; by 1910 this number grew to 36 million.[3] Further, absinthe was portrayed as a dangerously addictive, psychoactive drug; the chemical thujone was blamed for most of its deleterious effects. The Lanfray murders of 1906 provoked a petition to the Swiss government leading to its prohibition in Switzerland, and subsequently other countries. By 1915, it was prohibited in a number of European countries and the United States.

Yeah, sure, that's what I need as well....... stronger liquor.  LMAO

( I know what sweet anise is like- it tastes like black licorice- it grew wild where we lived in CA and we made catfish bait with it... dough balls flavored with it are the best catfish bait ever)

 I don't like black licorice.
(am I spelling that right?!?)

You can always try Alcool, if you can handle it.

Ugh... I've let myself be talked into slamming a few of those before. Doesn't take much to get me schnockered- and those kick in pretty fast. Those are pretty much the hot item here if someone is in the mood to party hard. I've decided to leave them to the crazy folks.  LMAO I did try something called a "TicTac" the other night too... made myself only have one though... and it wasn't too bad:)
