Now that you have the MP3 and CDG files, go back to Toolz and select convert MP3G to BIN. You'll have to direct the software to the location of the files.
Toolz doesn't recognize zipped files they must be unzipped.
The go to CDRWin and burn BIN file to disk.
Your burner must be able to recognize CD+G BIN files.
(CDRWin has a tick for CDG, if it lets you select, your drive will do it, if it is grayed out, your drive is not compatible)

Elwood,
Being that your using that method......
Ensure that (dotnet) Framework is installed prior to installing mp3toolz.
Make sure the cdg and mp3 files are Exactly the same. Except for the extentions.
Example: If one file has an Extra Space... It Won't Work!!!
Re-Zip to Bin (with MP3 Toolz) and burn using nero. VERY SLOW!
NOTE: Your Drive Must Read and Write CDG. Look at Jian's Post
Kind Regards,
sw00000p

You can go directly from a file on a Karaoke CD to a .bin file using audiograbber. I don't know if that helps?

Or you can try Power CD+G Burner and burn ZIP files directly to the disc.

thanks again for your help Elwood that happens if you don't have the updated mp3toolz or you have a zip file that's higher than mp3toolz recognizes.
Try unzipping them and THEN do the mp3toolz conversion in another folder.

+1, This is the easier route.
But even easier still: is to play the file IN your pc. Buy the cable to connect the pc to your all-in one karaoke set.

You unzip the file and toolZ doesn't recognize it? Do you have an MP3 file and a CDG file? If you do, are they named exactly the same? Are you directing toolZ to the folder you put the file in? They won't show up in the toolz window, until you select convert to BIN. toolz does not recognize all zip files, and there are hundreds of zippers out there.

Dennisgb,
Now That make scense!
Elwood,
If you don't want to spend any more money:
MP3 Toolz won't open any file Directly. Whether zipped or not, the files Must
be inside a folder. Right Click on the folder and select mp3 toolz and choose
your effect. If you have the Latest MP3 Toolz, you Can burn a disc with it.
My advice is to use Power CDG Burner! Keep it simple.
Kind Regards,
sw0000p

There is 'Print Label' button on Burn tab that allows you to print CD inlays.
