Met Teresa Cole while attending karaoke tonight at The Common Interest in Austin. I wasn't aware of who she is but apparently she is a popular local performer. She often opens for Bob Schneider. She's currently playing at Speak Easy's with Sauce (her band). It was nice to meet her. She was very cordial and invited me out to one of her performances. I'll have to check her out. Anyone heard of her? She's influenced by Patsy Cline, Etta James, Aretha Franklin and others.
