I am always experimenting and came up with a good chicken recipe.  Get thighs and debone or just get breasts. Kroger has a combo called italian sesoning which includes oregano, marjoram, thyme, rosemary and sage. Mix a pinch of this with corn meal and lightly coat each piece Slow fry and actually sprinkle a small amount of the seasoning into the cooking oil. Sliced potatos  cooked with are tasty. I prefer olive oil but only had Crisco. Use Kosher salt. OMG Try it!!!!
