Just bought the Alesis MultiMix 8USB and a few other items from MF...
Jian,
I'll accept your offer for $250 bucks and mail you the TEAC M-09 audio mixer
I have photographed above. Don't worry, I won't let anybody on Karaoke Scene
know how badly you want it !
(Also bought the Proline Desk microphone boom stand)

That Peavey XR400 is from around 1978 as I recall. Peavey was making great solid stuff in those days, they still make decent stuff but I loved the old amps. Especially the Peavey "Classic" series (class A tubers).. Classic 30 and 25 fabulous amps for guitar... JUst about everything Hartley Peavey produced was a workhorse of a product at a great price !

Yeah my head is stamped 1980. Picked it up at a local pawn shop for about 75 bucks was worried I got taken but overall have been very happy. no bleeding on any channels everything works just fine. Never had the Master Gain up past 4. Without hijacking this thread i have a quick question that I have for you guys who are more savvy than I. This amp has a light on it marked Compression. I was told that its not uncommon to have this light run almost constantly during usage. Is this true. Should I try to avoid it lighting up, ie less volumne.

Hold on to it for a year till my audio museum is open. LOL then you pay me $250 for helping you clear up some valuable real estate in your condo.

I think that Alesis 8USB will be a good mixer for you. I've been trying to find a bargain price for one on eBay.

Well it shouldn't be constantly lit, but blinking is acceptable. May want to turn down a tad.

Depending on what you consider a "bargain price" Don (and of course whether you wish to buy new or used), you can do what I did assuming you want new. I used some resources online to find the lowest price of ANY dealer on a new item, That deals in audio etc), not just other music mail order places, and MF matched it (as well as having free shipping that was the best I could do), quite honesty in all my musical dealings I'm not the biggest MF fan (I prefer AMS for Customer Service given a few experiences over many years), but MF also had 15% off accessories and I bought plenty of those as well (since they also matched prices on those assuming the 15% variance didn't bring prices down to a real low cost). I didn't feel cheap asking MF to price match a LOW LOW price, Normally I'll pay a little more and go with AMS, but it wouldn't have been reasonable given the accessory savings and brands MF had for certain purchases.
If you take the time to check the websites you can find some interesting blow-outs on MF as well as other sites, IE.. I wanted a cheap boom stand and cheap low imp mic cable... yet without the microphone this was a pretty good deal for what I was looking for, so I'm glad I saw this blow-out.
ON STAGE MS7510 MIC PRO PAK KC (under 20 bucks)
<Boom stand, low imp cable, clip, and cheapo mic that I'll likely never look at>
I wanted the clip, boom, and cable
