thanks hon you too  :hug: the tree jumping episode was more disasterous than first thought...mri scan showed tear in cruciate, tear in meniscal...damage to back of knee cap and sprain to the inside knee...I see the orthopedic guy on 25th of feb...typical of our health system that I have to wait that long...its 6 weeks on tues since I did it

Folks with educations and steady jobs don't need socialized health care.

We tend to suffer less that way.

you can of course be forgiven keith for not knowing what I do, I am marketing and promotions manager for a Licensing Trust. Basically I look after advertising and promotion (either solely in the case of the hotel, or in conjunction with the various managers of the 8 other properties). As to getting off my butt,  I run a function/bridal expo annually in March, these things dont organise themselves.
Luckily I have been doing these things long enough now that folk know and trust my abilities and cold calling is a thing of the past.
Perhaps before engaging your mouth you might do a little investigative work on the NZ health system (such as it is) which sees it free to all NZ citizens, as is UK and Australia...you see we still see our way clear (just) to putting people and the hypocratic oath before the almighty dollar. I say "just" because as is the trend these days, progress is measured in monetary terms, not in the health and wellbeing of the country and its inhabitants
So you see Keith, again you shoot yourself in the foot and continue to prove my point

Now thats a concept, you see here in the States it seems health care is free just as long as you're not a citizen.

I know I couldnt, cos I am not that much of a hypocrite...I could no more play with someone I dislike than become the next US president...and lets be honest here, isnt it better to know where you stand with someone than to risk the exess knives in the back
