It's not you Vicki. I'm sorry about that. I had no idea of the implications really when I started this.
But I didn't start it. I just tried to finish it.

I don't know what else to say really. See! Drama breeds drama folks! We're all only human! But some behavior can be curtailed with just a little restraint!

honey the may bash is postponed as I need to have an operation. My cruciate ligament is totally torn away in my knee and appears to be lodged somewhere that prevents me straightening my knee...also the cartilage is torn and the flap needs to be cut away. Kinda puts a dampner on attempting to do everything I wanted to do. I injured this 8th Jan and they only decided last monday to operate

Perry,   Quite honestly I'd be the same way at times since I do concern myself (at times) in a similar way, and I'm a creature of habit like many else, and can get compulsive, but I didn't know it was solely the fact that somebody had missed a post or two that was bothering you because fact is, EVERYBODY misses a few comments and reply's every so often just because of other stuff that pops up,  and sheer number of comments and responses to comments that must be left, that happens ALL over...THAT has little to do with SS politics, but because stuff like that can cause me reading things that might or might not be as well, I'd have probs in that site.  So while it's likely nothing personal,  I know where you are coming from (Because to me, my singing is real) and as I stated I can imagine (being the type of individual I am) I'd end up in no time having a meltdown in Singers Showcase so I just found my own hole in the wall someplace..



In this case it has nothing to do with females Perry, it's OUR expectations of others.. I was in a singing chat venue the past few nights, and I said hello to a guy who I got along with and he didn't respond..  I could've taken it personally but giving it the benefit of the doubt was the right thing to do, becuase it turns out he parks in the room and sleeps, or goes to work..

Hey Steven. Yep. That's what I said several times here. But there's alot more to it than just that. It was someone's little scheme to get me all riled up. And since these posts here, the person has went back and replied to the ones that were skipped over. It was all about disrespect I'm sure of it. I just didn't think it was in anyone's best interest to call out names on this. I don't wanna start a war of wits, or try to publicly humiliate anyone. This was just a bluff of sorts.
And yes, it does have to do with a female. Certainly I wouldn't be posting this because a dude was being a jerk to me. I'd just let 'em have it!
But the crybabies in SS thing was about a dude....not several.
I just wanted to point out that "whining" isn't gonna get ya what you're after....be a man. Am I the only one that had noticed?

I don't like personal statements made from a singer or subber picking and choosing who they want to reply to after a comment has been made. It indicates that there's a problem between the individuals in a public way. Not a good way to get a point across IMO.

But I kinda doubt that, because I always go back and read comments and replies if they're there.
And to watch the replies on a sub being delivered or not delivered with intention over a few days means disrespect to me when it was someone who I assumed was a "friend".

I bought a chick a shot one night, just for the helluvit, and the 1st thing she asked about was my ring....I said....yeah, 25 years now....back in Indy. Believe me man, it's only happened to me once here....whatever it was that happened? It never went that far....not anything to talk about really. I just wanted to settle it once and for all.

Well, it seems that I've made a mistake here. The mistake of challenging a couple of seemingly nice to everyone queens of KS.

One of them pm'd me earlier on acting as a friend, but really prying for information.

Then, I got a pm from the subject very quickly after.

If I said anything here that wasn't quite fair, I don't think I was far off base.

I know what I saw, it p*$$ed me off, and now I'm hearing excuses, but that's okay.

Next time someone decides that I'm not worth replying to in consecutive order on their sub, I'll just assume that I don't really matter much to them and move on quietly.......it's just not worth the drama.

But now I know who "not" to associate with here, so now I can go about my business as usual. So I lose a couple of occasional fluffy comments....no big deal.....this isn't gonna break me.

Maybe I should stop being so flirty with the women here too? Then they'd never ask me to call them and then later deny what the intentions were. It must've been all in my head.

Man....this karaoke thing is trouble for a guy like me.
