Bought a SC disk from him over 3 weeks ago. Nothing yet and will not respond to email. The other 3 I bought from him were fine on earlier purchases, although somewhat slow. this one never arrived, and he will not communicate!!! one of my main singers is not going to get to sing the Pina Colada song this week, but another disk is on its way...

Do you have a link to the product? You can't do a search (as far as I could find) for a specific seller.

crap! didn't see that, but I bought it a long time ago (Feb 11). 3 weeks is too long though to be putting people off. I don't remember seeing that note, but maybe I missed it. maybe it showed up after I bid. if he sends me the item I will withdraw the feedback, but what a way to run a business! thanks karyoker!

Just a note, I have purchased from that person and as I recall the transaction was normal for ebay. Feedback would suggest that this person has been having some issues as a seller tho.

I bought a disc from them awhile back and had no problems. The disc arrived in a good amount of time. Does appear to be having some kind of issue at the moment, though.

OH I know about him..Ive also bought from him with no probs except for this last time in December...I bought a cdg & took a month to get ! Says it was from a storm or something but funny mine is the olny cdg in that time period NOT to get shipped ! JERK ! I left him - f/b then when I got the cdg added that I did get it but it took a month !

I also bought from them in the past. The most recent was February 25th. I waited till after March 4th to contact them. No response to my FOUR (4) emails. So today, I reported them to eBay and filed a dispute through PayPal's "resolution" center. I think due to whatever "problems" they're having as of late, they're "all done".

Just an update on this eBay seller. I re-checked his status today, and he's no longer a registered user, and no items posted for sale. From that I would say he's "been canned" and those of us who purchased and did not receive items, will have to wait for the "reolution center", if you registered a complaint and/or a claim, to resolve this financially, which can take awhile. Sorry for your bad experience, and good luck in "retrieving" your funds.

Sorry that I kinda plugged this dude. I bought 5 different items off of them and as I recall has no problems with them. Mustve really got some issues since. I hope everything works out for you guys.

I bought stuff from him in the past also and it was slow but it got there. Not this time. What a piece of work this guy is! Thanks Donnie

gosh darn it all to heck. I bought one from him a few weeks ago and just sent him an email too. I'd bought from him/them before too. Drat. Off to register a complaint, I guess. Grrr....

Dispute with ppal ended yesterday but this guy has disappeared from eBay! Good luck on getting refunds. Going to try and monitor the "bay" to see if he tries to sell anything else there.
