When unloading I caught my arm on the snake stage box and ripped about one or two of skin. It blead a little bit. I was just over in the convenience store where I am a reg. I walked in and said I need some first aid and needed a couple of bandaids The little gal came around the corner and I pulled my jacket sleeve up.. She shrieked and I giigled a little bit OK forget it # young guys were in there opened a tube of stuff off the shelf to put on it So I rubbed some on and by this time I was rolling on the floor. I walked out of there with 2 napkins folded and about 6 wraps of duct tape. I was laughing so hard I was crying. I was just glad I could pull my jacket sleeve down to hide it walking back across the street. Those kids over there just beam when I walk in.

D U C T tape....not duck tape.
You are getting old and thin-skinned.....those kids marvel at you because they are amazed you are still alive, not because you are charming and witty or good looking.
I know you know these things, but you didn't know how to properly spell duct tape so don't get huffy with me.

Yes, My dear you are so very correct, and if I remember right is even has a DUCK.. :hi5: on it. so, either way the point is the same. The simple fact is that Duct Tape, was and is used in the air conditioning and heating field, to seal the joints where two sections of ducting comes together, Hence the term DUCT tape. :oh yeah: But the common practice has become to Have a Little FUN , and people stared calling it DUCK tape, and this is also where the newer brand came from.. :worship: Thank you for the lead in to this humble history..Tom

Actually ladies,
If you wrap the end of that sucker in duct tape with sticky side out, you get a slip proof grip.....kinda like motorcycle handlebars, you don't wanna lose your grip when the ride gets ruff.

As long as ya don't tape the battery compartment shut Keith, duct tape residue is a b1tch to get off
Besides, the ruffer the ride the better

At least I made it through menopause without needing 2 harleys sitting there and dripping oil on my carpet..

Duck tape.. Yes I only buy the stuff with the duck on it. And the reason I do this is purely a girly reason. The duck is so darn cute!!! Duck tape is right up there with my other two favorite things. the first one being caulk and the second one being superglue. One of the three can fix anything. As for my other favorite things in life I'll go with what Cathy and Crystal said BZZZZZZZZZZZzzz and Chocolate
Ollie, I hope you were able to get that tape off your arm without removing the rest of your skin.... Ouch!!!
