I found a site that has at least 30 different suits by Sony against a bunch of record companies or publishers.    They are suing everybody.

A snippit:    Are we as (KJs) commercial advantage and private financial gain?

I mean so far as to look up court cases that are still pending?  Just because someone is charged with something doesn't make that person or corporation for that matter.... guilty of anything.  But that is ALL besides the point.


You did manage to shift the focus onto the laws instead of where it started which was ,"Where does SW do business?"  I'm just left wondering why

I hate that attitude.  I got into this professionally (as opposed to just a paid hobbyist) mainly through a mate (another KJ)'s advice on how, etc.
