Seattle

If you're speaking of the jazz version (on either SGB01 or SGB02), "The Way You Look Tonight" is one of my all time favorite tracks.  I don't ever do it at my show because the instrumental break(s) are too long.  But, otherwise, the version is outstanding to my taste.   And there are many songs that have been similarly stylized over the years: "Pennies From Heaven", "Zing Went The String Of My Heart", to name two, that I sang with my band 30 years ago.

Eric, interesting that you like it.   I will have to give it another shot myself and listen more carefully--maybe it will grow on me.   I do like the languid, whistful pace of the Rod Stewart version.

Seattle

I had a private gig last night.  Thnx.  Because you had brought up "Way You Look... it was on my brain.  So, as I was sizing up the crowd and figuring out what I might sing to get things started, I did "Way".

The age of the crowd was just right

The length of the song was just right for a time of the night when people were still arriving

The instrumental breaks worked perfectly while people were still coming in, saying their "hellos" and finding their seats.

And those already seated "almost" came to their feet when I was done

PS:  Seattle     The song was originally a jazz number.

To help you get "into" it, consider that I have never sang that song exactly the same way twice.  Be fluid.  Feel it.  Add in "jazz" notes (9ths I think) and let the track carry the melody line.  Hope this helps.
