Hi Ollie,

Just wanted to touch base with you as I hadn't heard from you that you had received the camcorder - I checked the tracking with FedEx yesterday morning an it showed it was in Olive Branch, Mississippi!  I called them  as it was showing it had been there for 3 days.  They said that they did not accept brown paper in addition to boxed packaging and that Kinkos should not have accepted it!!!  No-one even called me but needless to say I spoke to a supervisor and they advised me they would simply remove the brown paper (ridiculous)  and put in another box and tape the label to it.  They assure me it will be with you Saturday, or at the very latest Monday.  Online it now says scheduled for delivery Sat.  Just wanted to make you aware to keep an eye out for the Fed EX man on Saturday.

So sorry for the delay - I'll be using UPS or USPS for anything else in the future!
