normaly for the two of us on one of the standard systems it is about 20 to 25 both ways. we have set up once in under 15 (running but I was still hooking up the extra tv and other "extras" while partner got things rolling). (we were late). we have torn down in 15 or less several times. pretty much as long as everything gets into the van for the next show I do not get worried if a cord is not wraped right ect.

How do you mount/unmount your lights and so on?  Wondering if I am using something that could be made a lot better?

I bolt my lights onto the rig every time.

Bingo - got it shaved down considerably.

Only done this once but:

Remove and pack down speakers/stands
Remove all cables into a segregated box
Once lighting cooled, wrap in bubble quickly and keep lights on the crossbar - put whole crossbar into boot of car
Disassemble truss and pack into boot.

Job done = 30 min (ish) :)
