After a packed Thursday and rather poor weather I was expecting a good Saturday. We had a good one last year, but the weather was really shot then.

We had more of a house during the January blizzard. I got eight rounds in. I know because there was a guy there from the first to the last and when I counted his slips there were eight of them.

I actually thought we might have to close early but the night hung on somehow until 2:30.

KJs... how did the rest of you do? Singers... did you get to sing more than normal? It might have been great for those who want to sing as much as possible.

I do Fridays, and we had a smaller crowd but most of the singers were there. (No real change in the rotation) Saturday a band play and the crowd was about a 1/3 of normal. This weekend is kind of the kick-off for people going to the river. The next 5 to 6 weeks will be kind of like this.

Our Friday night was good, Sat was way below normal (as expected) & Sun was much stronger than normal (as expected).  Tonight is going to go either way, I am thinking it's going to be busier than normal.

Wow....Saturday Night was PACKED. It was Standing room only..much of the night. I was expecting a very slow night, many of my regulars had other things going on that I talked to on Friday night.....Low and behold......we had a great night instead. Hahhahahaha, isn't it funny how it can be so different? MrD
