"Are You Lonesome Tonight," as performed by Sam Kinison. (watch it on youtube by searching for sam kinison johnny carson). It works better on an older crowd that's somewhat familiar with the Elvis version; It's a real surprise to the audience, but it's really ugly when it flops.
