As evidenced by my avatar, the wtf corner is best viewed in hues of purple, gray and black. The stfu corner, however, is purely green.

When I first got mine from this thread http://www.karaoke-forum.com/viewtopic.php?t=13795 I was kind of miffed but now I see it as a badge of honour because of the company of good people I have been thrown into.
I too suspect it was GM, although I don't believe I ever even posted in one of his threads or after one of his posts. (until now that is)
Perhaps the ban button should be removed and we could just use the report button.
That way if someone goes on a tear of pushing the button, the WebGuru would see it for what it was, instead of an automatic block after a given number of "ban" votes.
It is way to easy the way things are now for someone to, oh say, "go to this thread ( http://www.karaoke-forum.com/viewtopic.php?t=13835 ) and push the BAN button"
Why 25 votes could be had in minutes, in all reality he probably has a number of them in his basket already.
Of course, I am not encouraging anybody to do the above, just pointing out how easy it would be.

RLC the richard cranium can only press it once on any one person, so he has given many one vote...I cant see Phil being happy bout it and hopefully he will reverse them so as folks like yourself and others (some newbies) will have a clean slate again.

The closest this site has to an ignore feature is User Control Panel--->Forum Preferences-----Friends Category (which states there're  isallow: :Ignore: :Friend of: listing options. You may wish to ponder since there's a "report this post" (which goes to numerous moderators) if there's really a point in keeping a "ban" button. Although it's often not abused, it's often not taken seriously, and a ban vote usually is met with a retaliatory ban vote. Does the button really help anything ? It's most often used due to personal vendettas
