Do any of you guys know a brand of PC speakers that can handle live vocals. I want to practise my karaoke at home but do not want/need to go to the trouble of getting my large PA speakrs an mixr ron my attic (Just like Santa, they only come out at Christmas!!)

No, sorry.

Typically if the music is at those volumes, you don't need a mic and amplification for your voice.

now how long they will last with him singing metal is anyones guess but hes had them a few months now and hasnt said they are causing problems

I've always thought JBL (www.jbl.com) products were quite ok but then again it depends on what kind of speakers you're looking for
