What have you done so far to read the documentation and investigate the procedure they provide you?

Which Power Karaoke software did you buy? As far I as I know, the player does not rip the CD+G discs. You need the burner/ripper software from them to do that. I do not own the player, I only own the burner/ripper part and they do a decent job. Since they changed to the all in one, Sigler Player(?), I didn't upgrade from their simple player so I don't know what they added.

Their player basically has what CompuHost has plus the ability to play outside discs and have it show up in the que. I don't like their filler player as well as I like Compuhost's and their interface is a bit ugly in my honest opinion but it looks as if they went with functionallity over beauty. But that is their right. Oh and the player also plays .KMAs - MTU's format for their player. It's the only outside Hoster player that will play them.
As to their ripper, it is the best ripper for MP3+G songs. It basically has the quality of rips that one would expect from MTU.

Tested a single track in Hoster, Audiograbber, KJripNZip, Invinciaons (the maker of Compuhost) and Power Karaoke and the only two I would trust to come up with perfect rips is Hoster and Power Karaoke. The rest left glitches in the graphics that sugested a dirty disk or scratches. Ran it in Power Karaoke and Hoster and both came out with perfect rips without doing anything to the disc.
