These were bought to make home made sausage. After one look and deboning they went into seal a meal and frozen for maybe sausage later.. Next time shoulder roast for sausage.. And I just cooked a dozen ears of fresh sweet corn and cut and froze.

Well Ok Here is my meal for the day. Itallian spiced chicken breast and fried potatos. Fresh corn off the cobb. And salad. This is without a doubt one of the most tasty meals you will ever eat in your life..
