Hi everyone just a little update on my new job. After 2 weeks training I have been on my own for two weeks. My sales have not been great but are getting better. I have been quite busy getting organized and memorizing the presentations prices and discount packagess. After we talk to the customer and ask some qualifying questions we give a presentation. Then they want us to quote everything by memory writing down packages and prices for the customer on a blank piece of paper while we explain it. I have it all down but still need to get better at reading and closing the customer.

Well I am writting this from a computer in a hotel lobby and someone else is wanting to use it so I am going to close now and go eat lunch before I go to my location to work.

Hey Jim...from memory its something to do with the church isnt it?

I recall those kind of presentations from my insurance days. Sorry honey but if I am hounded by a salesman who tries to close every 30 sec I show them the door, so be true to you Jim...if you are not comfy with the hard sell then dont do it :)

Yeah it is kind of a hard sell approach which makes some people mad. I really need to make it work out I still have house payments to make.

Thanks Babs, I need all the good luck I can get. To quote Archie Campbell "If it wern't fer bad luck I'd have no luck at all." Well that really isn't true, I am really a pretty lucky guy.
