The knife on the left is an Uncle Henry. Yes they are very sharp and with any one of them I can skin an elk... I have more but these are my favorites

Three or four years ago I went to Branson and saw one of his shows.. I dont know if he is still there but he is awesome!!!

I haven't had the pleasure of Gilley's in Branson yet. I was actually referring to the original Gilley's in Pasadena, Texas. I took in a many shows there in the 70's and have some really fine and fond memories of it and those really heady days.

Yeah...and I can clean a fish with my teeth!...but being from WV, that might be hard to swallow come to think of it :roll:
