This has to be a comedy skit. The line "I like taking long walks with my uncle Pablo" gave that away. I could imagine someone like Jon Lovitz doing this on SNL.

there has just been a reality show on tv here that was about a scandinavian girl living in london and dating several different nationalities to see if all nationalities respond the same in the game of romance.
it was quite interesting really...they had a guy from kenya, a guy from italy, a guy from germany, a guy from england and a guy from australia.
they had hidden cameras everywhere...none of the guys knew of the others existence and it was kind of a test to see which nationality was the most romantic, the most trustworthy etc. One episode the girl was showing the guys (at different times of course) thru her photo album. She stops half way thru and says that the other pics in the album were not for other peoples eyes.
then after a while she goes to take a shower. The guys are left alone and dont know they are being filmed...it was an exercise to see who could be trustworthy and not look at the naked pics. Actually the only nationality that wasnt trustworthy was the australian. He not only looked but started ummm playing with himself not knowing he was being filmed
