I have 3 set-ups. 750W, 1500w, 3500w- with different sets of speakers to match, as well all needed players, mixers, etc.

The two larger systems are actually 4, as I use those with different speakers when forced to do straight DJ events.

For me, it was because as I starting getting larger venue events, I just had to upgrade....

I have 1 main system I currently use consisting of powerd mixer and 2 - 15" speakers. I have a 2nd rack system of which I have just sold the amp and in the process of selling the mixer and compressor . I also have another smaller powerd mixer to use in emergency . Once I complete my sale of the components my plan is to purchase another powered mixer with some built in compression either a Yamaha EMX512or a Mackie to use as my main system. I also have 2 liteweight 12" for small DJ parties.

I started with one sound system but it was hard to move around so I generally leave it at the bar I do. Only when I need a big system do I take it out. My other sound system is a stagepass 300. Works well but I personally would rather sng on my main system, especially since I got my new mixer.
