Have you tried to manually unzip one of these files?

What if you don't zip them? Do the work?

I am not sure what you are trying to do here. I use Power Karaoke and never had problems before. Are you trying to burn a digital files of karaoke songs on to a disc? Or are you trying to rip a CD+G disc to your computer? It wasn't clear from you post.

As Knightshow has stated, call capital letters is equivalent to shouting. So, you want to keep them lower case.

As for ripping. I don't use Sax and Dotty so I don't know about them. I use Power Karaoke all the time and able to rip them without any issues. Are you having problems ripping with Power Karaoke or are you having issues playing those files you ripped with Power Karaoke on Sax and Dotty?

I know that Power Karaoke does not rip them in zip file.

I rip them to zipped files all the time with PowerKaraoke's ripper. It is an option that is available. Sax & Dotty's is a very finicky software that will report bad rips if it thinks you ripped your files wrong. Download the demo of Karma, Siglos Pro(Powerkaraoke's hosting software) or AutoKDJ and test your files with them. If your files work with either of those softwares then it is just a sax & dotty's issue.
