Here is a stand I got on Ebay 2 or 3 years ago and havnt been able to find one since. It has tilt and height adjust. Notice the notches filed on the top. First pic shows ears formed and screwed to the standard 4" mounting holes. This is a 21" monitor and it is not light. The ears are formed inward so to remove one has to tip the monitor away from the base.

That one is for a 5" lcd. not sure it would work with anything larger.

You're probably right. I bought one for my video projector and applied
velcro to the bottom of the unit and the top plate for secure mounting.
The MS-66 is a nice item and strong too.

I'm using a 22" LCD and the plastic base that came with it is basically destroyed. I never thought of using it on a stand like that. I think i'll check and see if i can find one too.

I'm using one with a 15" lcd hdtv, works fine, will also hold any monitor with 3" or 4" mounting holes. Heavy base with rollers, very stable. You can get it at ace karaoke for $99.00. It is also fully adjustable.

The one at ace karaoke is different than the one that you posted Bruce, but I suppose it would be another option for karyoker. The more options, the better.
