This is strange! But I have one last thought.....

In what direction do you have to move your mouse to drag it over the extended portion of your screen? Most video cards automatically extend the screen to the RIGHT, which I think CH depends on. This would of course require that you drag your mouse to the RIGHT, however I have seen some video cards offer the choice of which direction the screen extends, right, left up or down.

If you are dragging your mouse in any direction but RIGHT, you may wish to locate the pproper setting in your Video Card setup and reset it to the RIGHT.

Just guessing, fingers crossed,

I don't understand "drag". In CompuHost, I have never dragged anything. It goes to the screen on the extended desktop automatically. Once there, it doesn't drag on my version. You need to click those &@@#*@! arrows a zillion times to position it.

I was referring to "drag" simply to determine the position of his extended screen, has nothing to do with CH.

And as for your statement "You need to click those &@@#*@! arrows a zillion times to position it.", you're wrong! All you have to do is click a direction button ONCE to make it the active button, and then just hold down your ENTER key to move the screen in the selected direction.

I have a different NVIDEA 6200 so it might use the same control panel.
Go to windows control panel and look for the NVIDIA Control Panel Icon.
Open the NVIDIA Control Panel and select "Set Up Multiple Displays". I have "Configured independently (Dual View)" selected. Make sure both displays show under the drop down select the displays you would like to use and make sure the right display is set as the primary display.

Also, look for "Move CRT screen position". There are arrows there just like in Compuhost to move the screen position on both displays.

Hope this helps!

tbreen, you did it! I had the secondary display to the left of the primary instead of the right. When I switched it around, the performer's screen popped up at last! Who would have thought that that would make a difference?!

Thanks so much to everyone who offered ideas and suggestions. I appreciate all the time and thought you put in to helping me!
