karaoke warehouse is a retailer, where Chartbuster is a manufacturer.

So if what if you already own it and paid for it?
You have to take it out of your book?

as far as I know it only affects the manufacturers not the Karaoke Hosts that already have the songs. But that is just what I understand. I could be wrong then every Garth Brooks song I have is illegal as well.

Once you buy it you are fine (provided your club is paying their licensing fees), it's the manus that can't produce cetain things.

This kind of thing happens all of the time. We had to pull all of their music and won't be able to put any of their stuff back out until the lawsuites are over. These things can take a year or more sometimes.

Oh that's disappointing. I kind of like the idea of Sound Choice and Chartbuster sending out squads of special agents to to repossess songs.

Uh-oh there's a bunch of guys beating down the door. I have to go.

I had heard that Tim McGraw didn't want any of his songs out on karaoke but they are. Figure that.

That may be the case that he personally don't want his songs on karaoke, but he may not actually have any say if the publishers of his songs give the ok.
