Song slips are often used for notepads around places that are very busy with single people. Phone numbers, URLs, all of that are put onto your slips and distributed by singers and non-singers alike. You never know when the slip finds it's way into someone's hands.

Knightshow: If you get a PDF printer for your PC you can print to a PDF file and carry that into Kinko's on a thumb drive for printing. They just charge me the printing and binding cost and I save the wear and tear on my printer at home. Just a thought so you don't have to replace that toner all that often

Totally hear ya!

I use a pdf printer (back when I had my website)... many times I'd bring in the thing on a thumbnail drive or burned cd!

I'm getting ready to do a "CONTEST" (Uug...) for a friend of mine who owns a bar. I have talked to some companies (SPONSORS) who are willing to give us some prizes for carrying them in the advertising throughout the promotion. So far so good. Been so long since I did a contest (over 2 years) what are people doing now. I mean 1) how long should the conttest run. 2) How to devide the prrize structure. 3) catagories. 4) gender. 5) Most importantly keep people from getting pissed (at the bar) when they don't win. 6) Judges... think I'll start a new thread.
