Is it PowerCDGBurner? If so, I think its a pretty common burning program although I don't own it.

You would need to post the details of your system if anyone is to help. Include the model of your DVD writer, as the people from PowerKaraoke do come here and will help. (Suggest you edit your original article to put their name in the subject so they can see it.)

PowerKaraoke PowerCDG Burner is a good program, and is what I use for ripping and burning these days. I have no troubles with it at all, and have found their people to be very helpful.

I would mention also what system you have, what operating system, how much memory and cpu, and as noted, what type of burner.

If it is Power Karaoke Burner that you have why did you pay $60 for a product that costs $39?

I saw nothing in the OP post or any of the psots about shelling out $60 for anything. If it is the site I think it is, they only have packaging prices instaed of single download prices. I use that site myself but only purchase the minimum ampount of downloads they offer. As to the issue of the program not operating correctly, maybe it is not an up to date version.

It could but then again you still have not posted your system specs.
Such as what is the burner drive?
Have you burned with it before?
Operating system? XP, Vista, or what?
Do you have enough space on your hard drive for the temp folder?
Does a burner device show up in the Burner Device window in the program?

Lots of questions that could be your problem.

Let us know

L.W.

Please contact us at info@powerkaraoke.com. Please attach a log file created by Power CD+G Burner. It is cdgblog.txt file located in 'C:\Program Files\Doblon\Power CD+G Burner' directory (if you are using Windows Vista please press Ctrl+L and the folder containing the log file will be displayed). This will allow us to find what the problem might be.
