I believe he is referring to submitting songs on Singers showcase. Mods please move this to the singer's showcase forum where he can get answers from more people who know better how to do it.
As far as I know it, you first have to have a singer's showcase account which can be free unless you want limitations removed.
Second you need to record or import your recordings to your computer and make it an MP3.
Third you need to click submit uner your username up top of singer showcase (not the forum) and follow the instructions.

They would need to be a member of the user group to access so if I moved it, they would lose it until they joined.
