I use a Party Tyme for Johhn B Goode that I got a long time ago for personal use. It hasn't seemed to warrant replacing and I still do it sometimes. I know Bill H is familiar with his Party Tyme.

Of all the songs on those CAVS monstrosities, I like the Party Tyme best (besides the DK songs from 10740-12400). They have a number of good renditions.

I prefer the Sound Choice version for Johnnie B. Goode. The arrangement is clean and powerful.

How do binder books save time? Doesn't this leave the pages unprotected? Saves time from stuffing sheet protectors?

You're not stuffing sheet protectors. Sure the pages are unprotected but I personally haven't retired any books from service after a year of use. Singers likt ehe ability to fold them over an have them take up 1/2 the space of a binder and are generally easier to use. I have to admit my first run making them I made a mistake or two with the covers but I know better what will/will not hold up.

I have no regrets getting them done at all, even at 2x the cost of the binder/sheet protector. I dropped a thumb drive off at the printer and picked up 10 books 3 days later. IMO a bargain for around 150 pages double sided. It was worth $200 just to not have to stuff 1500 sheet protectors.

This is very intriguing to me. How often do you have them reprinted? Quarterly? Do you also have a smaller "New Songs" book?

You must have 180,000 songs????? My pages hold about 60 songs on average depending on dupes. I guess it would be worth it but not when I have less than 3000 non dupe songs yet.

Depends on the size font & layout of the book. I have approx 12K songs, the title book alone is 171 pages numbered (85 sheets of paper total) double sided, dual column.

I suspect it was more along the line of ten books each holding the same 18,000 songs.....
