Don't you have to input the key of the song for pitch correction to work? And any of you doing this, would you put it in the singer's monitor?
I don't know about Antares, but on VoiceTone Correct and Voiceworks, the pitch correction is simply to chromatic A440. You can adjust when to attack, how fast to attack, and how much to attack.
VoiceTone Correct has an additional feature called "adaptive" for EQ and pitch correction - dynamic autopilot instead of simply straight chromatic adjustment. I think this is the one all of you don't like. It dramatically and noticably changes the pitch, and doesn't sound natural at all. I never use it.
VoiceTone Correct also has 2 mono XLR outputs. One for mains that is always wet.
The other can go to monitors a can be dry or wet. It also has LEDs that show you how far off the pitch is and when it is attacking and how much it is attacking.
