Not really sure why karaoke is even mentioned, since it really had nothing to do with it. This kind of thing happens all the time without karaoke ever being present.
Guy slaps a woman's butt (oh so common), other guys get all excited about it (even more common), and the testosterone begins to fly(the commonest of them all)....
Same story, different day and different place.
And yeah, the comments are charming.

When women get hand-sy with me I'll often do the same in return. In a friendly way. Just habit. But a few weeks ago I almost got decked for it. It was after hours up at the bar and involved a couple from out of town.
I made a mental note to myself all the way home. Unless you know the situation don't reciprocate.

the main problem here is the venue was serving illegals, and underage.
This has NOTHING to do with karaoke, other than the venue is managed by idiots!
