I don't think you're going to find many recommendations on this board. First of all, the vocal remove software that is out there doesn't work very well. The results depend on the track but in general the end product sounds pretty bad. Also, recording your voice on top of someone else's recorded material is a violation of copyright and depending on how you plan to use it, could get you in some hot water. Sorry, I know that's not the answer you're looking for but I'm not sure you're going to find much more here.
