Can you get anything right? First you are claiming legal-site downloaders are flouting the law because the artists didn't license them, when artists have nothing to do with it. Now I said they *implicitly* license karaoke and you claim I said explicitly. In fact they just about do explicitly license it, because they licensed one of my venues who stated they would only be doing karaoke besides jukebox.
Speaking of civil law, it isn't set until it is decided in court. And this one hasn't. So your constant slander -- yes, slander, this is extemporaneous and not authored speaking -- of others is completely baseless.
