Not sure who that was directed to, but if me, by using mfrs. discs only, and in possession of receipts, , I keep the responsibility of licensing squarely on the mfrs. shoulders, not mine.If there is a problem with any disc, the absolute worst that can happen is that someone asks that I pull that disc. Any legal problems are still the mfrs.
SC shifted this responsibility in the case of downloads- Usage is the host's responsibility because the product is being used by the host in the U.S, outside of the jurisdiction in which the mfr. is operating legally.
