You guys ever hold an under 18 night?...I wish they would do a few of these in VA..I can never go enjoy karaoke, because most of the places here serve mixed drinks.

I have a "dedicated" kids night. We call it "Family Karaoke"... we start at 7:00 PM and continue until 12:00. The kidlets are usuallly out the door aruond 9:00-9:30... and the adults roll in about 9:30-10:00... it works out nicely. :P

We're talking about doing a Wednesday family show at one of our venues. Right now, tho, we run a Sat. afternoon show which is held in the yard behind the bar and kids are welcome. the kids get off on seeing what their parents do at a karaoke show and the parents get off on watching their kids perform.

We do kids karaoke every Fri night at our local Moose lodge.
Check at the local Moose, Elks, Lions, and Kwanis clubs. There may be a church or pizza parlor in your area that has kids karaoke. Maybe one of the KJs that have bar gigs in your neiborhood knows of a place for you to go to sing. If they don't, then suggest that they try to find a place to do one, and, with your parents permission, give them your ph number and ask them to call you if they find one.
