I was going to tell her (him-sidewinder?) to GO TO H**K but decided to send her to nowheresville instead. No disrespect to former Jolters. It was a great place.

I responded "negatively", as you put it, to some of your posts because they were not my experience and I said so. Does that make me wrong or a liar? I didn't think so, but you apparently did. You proceeded to make fun of me and anyone else who responded in a like manner and basically tell us were were blowing smoke out our butts and that we must live in fantasy land. Well you know what? Maybe I DO live in fantasy land, by your definition of it! Sorry, but YOUR experience has NOT been MINE. And just because it hasn't been, and I say so, you get all high and mighty on us and treat us like we must be wearing our helmets and riding the short bus while we color pretty pictures with our crayons.
You seriously need a reality check.
Oh and BTW, I did NOT take your statement that I quoted you on earlier out of context. I suggest you get yourself a dictionary and use it, because you obviously don't know the meaning of the word.
I was also referring to your previous posts, long before the one of late where you try to back paddle your stance, where you clearly told us that if we didn't have the SAME experience you had, then were were all loony and living in a fantasy.

Gee, I guess Angel910 has some use after all (at least his/her signature does).

Relying on "regulars"or "core" crowds can be dangerous in that if something happens and they decide to leave you're up a creek. We have regulars but we have more drop ins or irregulars. So on most nights we have anywhere from half decent crowds to insane (large) crowds.

Hey, i got some of those happy pills...this is groovy. I'm in "happy valley" now.

Guess what happened last night?

All the pirates in the area moved to Arizona. There isn't any competition there and too much here.

The state just passed a new law that says all bar owners must pay KJs $1000 a night. Doesn't matter how good you are. The other part of the law is no KJ can charge less than $1000 or you go to jail.

The state is using stimulus money to give every KJ $10,000 to upgrade so we will all be equal.

I just started a new job 100 miles away from here. And everyone loves me so much in this town every last person is selling their house, quitting their jobs and following me to the new town. My competition will be working in a ghost town. I'm the karaoke piper. I can lead them anywhere with my magic microphone.

Now i sound like everyone else. Happy, happy, happy. Pop another pill.

Actually I've met several like that. And they all showed the same delusional way of thinking and behaviour.
But then again, I did meet them all on the psych ward when I was visiting with a fellow nurse who was assigned there.
Back in my nursing days. .

Unles s/he's been doing 7 shows a week, 52 weeks a year for almost 14 years. Over 18 years we have a little more than 5,500 shows under our belt. Six nights a week (only off Christmas and some Christmas Eves). That's on average. We've done 9 shows a week and as little as 4 but averages out to about 6. I think. Never majored in math. .

I'll stand corrected and revise my figure down to over 4000 approaching 5000 that i have personally done. That still puts me way ahead in experience than the average KJ. In any part of the country and the world. You only get that from seniority.

That also proves you not only to be a braggart but a liar as well.
