Just a question reading many of the posts
DEFINE SLOW ?
less singers ?
less overall crowd ?
less money in the till ?
I've had nights were the amount of singers was DOWN but the overal crowd was UP
I never know what the bar take is $$$
Good question !
It is a small venue and usually very few people are there unless there is karaoke. Maybe 5 people. So figure the entire crowd is karaaoke.
A slow night is 6-10 singers. Add 5 to that for people who are just there normally. I've had 2 nights like this in a month and a half. The other Saturdays during that time span were just okay, maybe 20 singers. Aaarg ! Of course on a busy night I'll have more non-singers that singers bring along with them. Karaoke pretty much is the crowd for this venue.
